Leaders Support Employment Agenda for Inclusive Growth and Decent Work
In their Hamburg Leaders’ Declaration of 8 July 2017, the G20 heads of state and government took up the key decisions and projects of the G20 labour and employment ministers. At the invitation of Andreas Nahles, Germany’s Labour Minister, the ministers had already met in May in Bad Neuenahr (Germany), where they had agreed on common positions.

At the invitation of Federal Minister Andrea Nahles, the labour and employment ministers of the leading advanced economies and emerging economies (G20) met in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler (Rhineland-Palatinate) from 18. to 19. May. The theme of the meeting was “Towards an Inclusive Future: Shaping the World of Work”.
Second meeting of the G20 Employment Working Group in Hamburg
The second meeting of the G20 Employment Working Group was held in Hamburg from 15 to 17 February 2017. In various sessions, delegates developed and discussed measures and potential goals on the topics of "sustainable global supply chains" and "the future of work". (Click to read more...)

First meeting of the G20 Employment Working Group in Berlin
